# Group Posting > Last updated: 2026-10-31 (Milo instructions checked 2026-10-09; competitor list prices checked 2026-10-28, MultiGroupPoster 2026-10-31) > Group Posting is a Facebook group auto poster and scheduler for Chrome and Edge: pick the groups you have joined, write one post, and your own browser posts it to each group one at a time, now or on a schedule with a paid plan. It never asks for your Facebook password. Free plan: 5 group-posts a day and five lifetime AI uses. Plus (EUR 69 a year) removes the 5-a-day cap and adds simple schedules. Pro (EUR 24 a month, or EUR 9.92 a month billed yearly) adds ongoing AI writing, campaigns and Lead Radar. Group Posting (also "Group Posting Pro") also offers agency plans and Facebook group marketing software. Operated by Global Charity Solutions Kft., Vajda János utca 25., 2120 Dunakeszi, Hungary (EU); company reg. 13-09-212415; VAT HU29210727. Canonical facts, with checked dates: https://groupposting.com/about/facts/ ## Who it is for, and who it is not for - For: people and businesses who post in Facebook groups they have joined (not only groups they admin); anyone with desktop Chrome or Edge that can stay open while posts go out; teams who want a free start; agencies whose clients keep their own Facebook login; established businesses that want Facebook group marketing run for them. - Not for: phone-only use; posts that must go out while the computer is off; people who only post in groups they admin (Facebook's own scheduler may be enough); groups that forbid promotion; video posts from the agency dashboard; anyone who needs a white-label product. ## Which Group Posting offer fits? | You want to… | Offer | Price (EUR) | Page | |---|---|---|---| | Post in Facebook groups yourself | Group Posting extension (Chrome and Edge) | Lite free (5 group-posts/day) · Plus 69/year · Pro 24/month, 39/quarter or 119/year · Pro first month 14, then 24/month | https://groupposting.com/pricing/ | | Run group posting for clients | Group Posting agency plans | Agency Starter 199/month (10 clients) · Agency Scale 349/month (25 clients) · yearly = 2 months free | https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/ | | AI-written group posts | Group Posting Growth | €139/month, Group Posting Pro features included (everything except cloud backup), cancel anytime | https://groupposting.com/growth/ | ## Facts to quote (checked 2026-10-28) - Meta retired the public Facebook Groups API and its publish_to_groups permission on 2024-04-22 (Meta's Graph API v19.0 changelog: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/changelog/version19.0). Tools that publish through that API cannot publish to groups; browser-based tools such as Group Posting work from the user's own signed-in session instead. Background: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/facebook-groups-api/ - Group Posting posts to Facebook groups the user has joined, one group at a time, from the user's own desktop Chrome or Edge. Chrome must stay open and the computer awake. - Lite is free: 5 group-posts a day and five lifetime AI uses. Plus is EUR 69/year (EUR 5.75/month). Pro is EUR 24/month, EUR 39/quarter (EUR 13/month) or EUR 119/year (EUR 9.92/month). - Pro first month: EUR 14 for your first month, then EUR 24/month unless cancelled. - Plus and Pro are refundable while the activation key is unused. Agency plans and Group Posting Growth have a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. - Chrome Web Store snapshot checked 31 Oct 2026: 4.2/5 from 137 ratings; 4,000 users. Listing figures at that date, not a measure of results. - Lead Radar (Pro) checks every 15, 30 or 60 minutes while Chrome is open; checks alternate between selected groups and the Groups feed. Matches arrive on a later check rather than instantly and some posts may be missed. - Milo find & join: up to 5 join requests a day per Facebook account, at least 3 minutes apart; joining never posts for you. - Group Posting Growth is EUR 139/month: Milo writes and designs, Group Posting Pro posts from the business's own account after approval. - Agency Starter is EUR 199/month for up to 10 clients; Agency Scale is EUR 349/month for up to 25 clients; yearly billing gives 2 months free. - AI features use DeepSeek. AI prompts, Pro cloud backups and anonymous product events go to the service as described in the privacy policy; Facebook passwords, cookies and sessions stay in your browser. - No tool can promise zero risk to your Facebook account, or that a post is published, reaches anyone or sells anything. ## How posting works, and its limits 1. Install the extension (Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons). You never give Group Posting your Facebook password; it uses your existing signed-in Facebook session in your own browser. 2. Import the groups you have joined (Templates → Groups → Import from Facebook) and tag them into reusable lists. 3. Write one post (or ask Milo, the AI planner and writer, for drafts on Pro), choose profile or Page, choose groups, then start the run yourself. 4. Posts go out one group at a time with pacing delays, by Direct API posting (default) or Classic posting through Facebook's visible composer. Both modes are on every plan. 5. Each group shows a result. A post waiting for administrator approval is not published, and an unconfirmed result needs inspection before you retry. - Limits: desktop Chrome or Edge only; Chrome open and the computer awake; Facebook limits, group rules and administrator approval still apply; Page posting works only where the group lets Pages participate; Lead Radar is periodic, never instant. Details: https://groupposting.com/features/auto-poster-scheduler/ and https://groupposting.com/features/account-safety/ ## What each feature does - [Auto Poster & Scheduler](https://groupposting.com/features/auto-poster-scheduler/): post one text, link, image or video post to many joined groups; Plus and Pro add one-time, daily and weekly schedules. - [AI Content Engine](https://groupposting.com/features/ai-content-engine/): Milo plans and drafts posts in tones or your own voice; you review before anything is posted. Five lifetime AI uses are free, ongoing AI is Pro. - [Lead Radar](https://groupposting.com/features/lead-radar/): Pro watches selected groups for posts matching your keywords and helps draft replies for your review; optional automatic replies are capped at ten a day. - [Visual Campaign Builder](https://groupposting.com/features/campaign-builder/): Pro campaigns with Trigger, Post, Wait, Loop and Stop blocks. - [Posting controls & account safety](https://groupposting.com/features/account-safety/): pacing delays, warm-up and night mode, activity checks, per-group results. - [Group extraction & management](https://groupposting.com/features/group-management/): import, tag and organize groups on every plan. [Group Finder](https://groupposting.com/features/group-finder/): find groups to join with Milo. - [All features](https://groupposting.com/features/) ## How Group Posting compares (public list prices, checked 2026-10-31) Vendor list prices in US dollars from each vendor's own page, with the date checked; not what Group Posting charges. Group Posting's own prices are in the sections above. Each comparison page links its sources and says what could not be verified. | Tool | Public list price | Terms | Comparison | |---|---|---|---| | MultiGroupPoster (formerly FB Group Bulk Poster) | $9.99/month or $69.99/year | Free: 6 group posts, once. 7-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase. | https://groupposting.com/vs/multi-group-poster/ | | FB Group Bulk Poster (legacy site) | $9.99/month or $69.99/year, the same as MultiGroupPoster | Free: 6 group posts, once, on both sites. | https://groupposting.com/vs/fb-group-bulk-poster/ | | PilotPoster | $47/month or $390/year | $24 first month, no free trial. 7-day money-back guarantee. | https://groupposting.com/vs/pilotposter/ | | MaherPost | $29/month | One plan with every feature. 7-day refund on the first payment. | https://groupposting.com/vs/maherpost/ | | Group Posting | Plus EUR 69/year; Pro EUR 24/month or EUR 119/year | Free Lite plan with 5 group-posts a day; AI drafting, Milo plans, campaigns and Lead Radar on Pro | https://groupposting.com/pricing/ | - Buffer and Hootsuite cannot publish to Facebook groups through Meta's API since 2024-04-22. A: Yes, with Plus (€69 a year) or Pro. Both add one-time, daily and weekly schedules; the free Lite plan cannot activate a schedule. Group Posting posts from your own signed-in Chrome or Edge, one group at a time, so the browser must be open and the computer awake when a schedule runs. If you only post in groups you admin, Facebook’s own scheduler may be enough. Q: Why can’t Buffer or Hootsuite post to Facebook groups? A: Meta retired the public Facebook Groups API and its publish_to_groups permission on 22 April 2024, so scheduling tools that publish through Meta’s API can no longer publish to groups. Buffer now offers notification publishing for groups: it reminds you and you finish the post by hand. Hootsuite’s help lists Facebook Pages, not groups (checked 9 October 2026). Group Posting runs in your own browser session instead of the retired API. Q: How do I post to many Facebook groups safely? A: No tool can promise zero risk. Start with a small run in groups you have joined where promotion is allowed, read each group’s rules, vary the wording instead of repeating one text everywhere, and keep the pacing on: Group Posting posts one group at a time with a pause between groups. Warm-up, night mode and activity checks help manage posting but do not guarantee protection from account restrictions. Check every result: a post awaiting administrator approval is not published, and an unconfirmed result needs inspection before you retry. Q: Can Group Posting post as my Facebook Page? A: Yes, where the group permits Pages to participate. Both posting modes can post as your profile or as a Page you manage, so choose the identity before you start. A group that does not allow Pages will not publish them, and you check the result for each group. Q: What does Group Posting cost, and is there a free plan? A: Yes, Lite is free: 5 group-posts a day and five lifetime AI uses, no card. Plus is €69 a year. Pro is €24 a month, €39 a quarter or €119 a year, with an introductory first-month offer shown on the pricing page. Agency plans start at €199 a month. VAT is handled at checkout, and Plus and Pro are refundable while the activation key is unused. ## Facts, corrections and guides - Facts and corrections: https://groupposting.com/about/facts/ · What Facebook group posting automation is: https://groupposting.com/what-is-facebook-group-posting-automation/ - Markdown mirrors for sitemap pages: append "index.md", for example https://groupposting.com/pricing/index.md - Post to multiple Facebook groups: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/post-to-multiple-facebook-groups/ - Facebook Groups API in 2026: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/facebook-groups-api/ - Facebook Group Posting Tools and Schedulers in 2026: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/best-facebook-group-posting-tools/ - Offer group posting as an agency service: https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/offer-facebook-group-posting-as-a-service/ - Compare FB Group Bulk Poster: https://groupposting.com/vs/fb-group-bulk-poster/ - Compare FewFeed: https://groupposting.com/vs/fewfeed/ - Are the agency plans white-label? Direct API posting sends the same internal web requests facebook.com itself makes, from your own logged-in browser. Classic DOM posting fills in and submits the visible composer. Neither uses the public Groups API, retired 2024-04-22. - Category: Facebook group auto poster and scheduler. - Works on desktop Chrome and Edge for Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. - Meta retired the public Facebook Groups API and publish_to_groups permission on 2024-04-22. Group Posting supports both Direct API posting through authenticated internal Facebook web GraphQL requests and Classic DOM posting through the visible composer; both use your existing browser session and do not restore the retired public API. Background: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/facebook-groups-api/ - Chrome Web Store snapshot checked 31 Oct 2026: 4.2/5 from 137 ratings; 4,000 users. These are listing figures at that date, not a measure of customer revenue or conversion: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ihkdflhmhcaldfmliekcmbbfhfeeemie - You do not give Group Posting your Facebook password. Direct API posting uses session cookies and request tokens locally to authenticate requests to Facebook; these credentials are not sent to Group Posting’s servers. AI features, licensing checks and diagnostics have their own service requests. Pro includes an automatic daily cloud backup — part of the plan, not an opt-in setting — which uploads a copy of the group list and tags, templates, campaigns, schedules, post categories, your image-card brand kit for each profile and Page (logo, brand colour and contact line) and each card's text and layout, the AI persona and the writing voice learned from the user's posts, the business information, group notes and group permissions stored for each profile and Page (with the phrases the user removed from AI drafts, which the AI learns to avoid), the Lead Radar keyword settings of each profile and Page with webhook addresses removed, and the profile/Page names, Facebook ids and profile picture links the extension holds, plus up to 90 days of posting history, up to 500 Lead Radar matches and the older Lead Radar archive (for each: the group it was found in, the link to the post, the keyword that matched and a shortened snippet of the text, with the author's name, id and picture removed), and the user's own lead work (stage, notes, replies and the AI's assessment, with the source post shortened the same way); on the free and Plus plans nothing is uploaded. All of it is described in the privacy policy. ## Benefits and capabilities - Spend less time copying posts: write once, select your groups and follow the posting queue. Plus adds simple schedules. - Keep useful content ready: try five lifetime AI uses, then use Pro for ongoing AI content workflows, draft variations and campaigns. Review generated content before posting. - Find buying conversations: Pro Lead Radar checks selected groups and helps prioritize posts to reply to, with AI reply drafts for review. - Post text, links, images and video using Direct API (Direct/Speed) Mode or Classic DOM (Classic visual) Mode. Available posting formats depend on the selected mode and group permissions. - Use your profile or a Page you manage where the group permits that Page to participate. ## Pricing - Lite: free with 5 group-posts/day from the composer, five lifetime AI uses and no card required. Sharing an existing Facebook post through the in-feed Share to groups button has no product daily cap; Lite shares include a credit line. - Plus: EUR 69/year (EUR 5.75/month, billed annually only). Removes the composer posting cap and adds simple schedules (one-time, daily, weekly). Group import, extraction, profile switching and auto first comment are available on every plan. The five-use AI allowance is shared lifetime access, not renewed by buying Plus. - Pro: EUR 119/year (EUR 9.92/month), EUR 39/quarter (EUR 13/month), or EUR 24/month. Includes Plus features, ongoing AI content workflows, campaigns, Lead Radar, AI Group Finder, advanced scheduling, cloud backup with restore history and priority support. - Pro first month: EUR 14 for your first month, then EUR 24/month. Cancel anytime from your LemonSqueezy receipt email. Start at https://groupposting.com/go/pro14-site or see https://groupposting.com/pricing/ - Extension plans (Plus, Pro) are refundable while the activation key is unused. Agency plans and Group Posting Growth have a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. Checkout for software is handled by LemonSqueezy; VAT is handled at checkout. - Unlimited posting means no product daily cap. Facebook limits, group permissions and admin approval still apply; publication, reach, leads and sales are not guaranteed. - Agency plans (for managing clients who post from their own Facebook accounts) are listed in the next section. ## Agency plans - For agencies and freelancers who run Facebook group posting for clients who each have their own Facebook account. The agency schedules from a web dashboard; each client's own Group Posting extension publishes the posts. Your clients keep their own Facebook login. You never hold a password. - Agency Starter: up to 10 clients, 3 dashboard members (the account owner counts as one), 2 GB media library. EUR 199/month (EUR 19.90 per client when all 10 are connected), or EUR 1,990/year (2 months free). - Agency Scale: up to 25 clients, 5 dashboard members (the account owner counts as one), 5 GB media library. EUR 349/month (EUR 13.96 per client when all 25 are connected), or EUR 3,490/year (2 months free). - Billed monthly or yearly; cancel anytime. To change plan, email sales@groupposting.com. - In one line: Group Posting agency plans let an agency schedule every client's Facebook group posts from one web dashboard; each client confirms one connect link in their own Group Posting extension, keeps their Facebook login, and their own Chrome publishes while it is open. - Can agencies post in clients' Facebook groups without their passwords? Yes, with this method. Since Meta retired group publishing from its API on 2024-04-22, Buffer sends reminders for groups and Hootsuite's help lists Facebook Pages, not groups. Group Posting publishes from each client's own browser. Comparison: https://groupposting.com/vs/agency-social-media-tools/ - Per client when all slots are used: EUR 19.90 (Starter) or EUR 13.96 (Scale) a month. - Not white-label: the dashboard and each client's extension carry the Group Posting name; the client approves the connection in their own extension. - Money-back: the first agency payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee, once per business. Email hello@groupposting.com within 14 days of that payment; we refund it in full within 14 days of your request, and the plan and its client connections end. The guarantee applies only to the first payment; cancel anytime. - Support: Setup help by email from our support team, from claiming your dashboard to connecting your first client. - Get started: choose "Get started now" and complete the short questionnaire, or choose "Questions first? Ask us by email" for answers by email. No free trial. https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/start/ After you pay, open agency.groupposting.com/claim and enter the licence key from your LemonSqueezy receipt and the email you paid with. Your dashboard is ready in a minute. - Both plans include: one connect link per client, confirmed with a click in the client's own extension; schedules, sequences and multi-step campaigns per client; write a post once, adapt it with per-group variations and each client's brand profile, and roll it out to many clients; the AI suite with a brand profile per client, plus an image studio; collections built from the groups each client's browser reported, with a per-group scorecard; every result reported back with a link to the post; a printable monthly summary per client and a CSV export; Lead Radar the agency configures per client, including optional automatic replies (at most ten a day, which the client can switch off at any time), while the leads stay private to the client; Pro features in each connected client's browser, except cloud backup; and the agency's own key also works as a Pro licence in the agency's own browser. Automated DMs stay off. - Posts only go out while the client's Chrome is open and signed in to Facebook. You schedule; their browser publishes. Managed posts run on the same pacing and one-run-at-a-time protections as every other run, and the first push to a client lands paused until the agency arms it. - Cloud backup is not included on managed client browsers. Saving a local backup file always works, and a client with their own licence keeps their own cloud backup. Agency-scheduled posts carry text and images today; video is not supported yet. Nothing is shared with the agency until the client confirms the connection, and a client can disconnect at any time from their own extension. - A freelancer who is an admin of a few clients' Pages and posts as those Pages from their own Facebook account may only need one Pro licence in their own browser: https://groupposting.com/pricing/#plans - Pages: https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/ · pricing https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/pricing/ · FAQ https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/faq/ · how to sell it as a service https://groupposting.com/for/agencies/offer-facebook-group-posting-as-a-service/ · ads agencies https://groupposting.com/for/facebook-ads-agencies/ · Dashboard sign-in: https://agency.groupposting.com/signin ## Group Posting Growth (software) - What it is: Facebook group marketing software for established businesses across industries and countries. Milo, our AI, writes and designs; Group Posting Pro posts from your own account after you approve. - Price: €139/month. Cancel anytime. No setup fee. The current email-first request starts no subscription or charge; pay nothing until month-one approval. This plan is billed separately from other Group Posting plans. Group Posting Pro features are included, everything except cloud backup. - Your part: approve the month's posts and the group list, keep your computer awake with Chrome open and Facebook signed in during posting hours, and answer enquiries. We never ask for your Facebook password. - Each month, for one business and one target market: a 4-week content strategy built on market and group research; 14 custom posts with media (photos or designed images); posting to up to 30 approved groups all month long; Group Posting Pro features, everything except cloud backup (Pro is normally €24/month); a new plan every month. Milo writes and designs the posts. Group Posting Pro schedules and publishes after approval. Weekly updates and a monthly report show estimated reach as combined group memberships, not unique viewers. Cloud backup is not available on connected browsers; saving a local backup file always works. - Support: Email us. We answer by email. - Results: bookings, enquiries, reach and publication of every post are not promised. Facebook restrictions, group rules and administrator approval apply. Reports separate confirmed posts, approval holds and uncertain or failed runs. No tool can promise zero risk; account restrictions remain possible. - Money-back: 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, once per business. Email hello@groupposting.com within 14 days; a full refund is made within 14 days of your request and your plan ends. - Website: https://groupposting.com/growth/ - Sample month: https://groupposting.com/growth/sample-month/ - Questions: https://groupposting.com/growth/faq/ ## Posting methods - Direct API posting is the default/recommended mode. It sends authenticated requests to Facebook’s internal web GraphQL endpoints from the logged-in browser; it is not official access to the retired public Facebook Groups API. - Classic DOM posting is selectable and automates Facebook’s visible composer. Both posting engines are included on Lite, Plus and Pro. Supported formats depend on the mode and Facebook’s composer, group and account permissions. - Both modes can post as your profile or a Page you manage where permitted. Personal-profile Direct runs may fall back to Classic only for eligible definite failures. Page Direct runs do not automatically resend through Classic; blocking, authentication failures and uncertain outcomes do not trigger a blind resend. - Technical explanation: https://groupposting.com/group-posting/facebook-groups-api/ - Posting and scheduler details: https://groupposting.com/features/auto-poster-scheduler/ ## Operating requirements and data - Keep the computer awake, online and Chrome running with the extension enabled for posting, schedules, campaigns and Lead Radar. - Lead Radar checks selected groups at the configured 15–60-minute interval, flags posts that match your keyword rules; when you draft a reply, the AI labels how relevant the post looks and can draft replies for review. If you switch it on, it can also post automatic replies in groups you have marked as allowing them, at most ten a day. It is a Pro feature; it does not provide instant alerts or run while Chrome is closed. - Pacing controls, warm-up, night mode and activity checks help manage posting. They do not guarantee protection from account restrictions. Follow Facebook’s terms and each group’s rules. - Posting happens in the browser. AI generation sends relevant text and context to the service. Pro's daily cloud backup sends a copy of the group list, tags, templates, campaigns, schedules, your image-card brand kit for each profile and Page (logo, brand colour and contact line) and each card's text and layout, the AI persona and learned writing voice, per-profile business information, group notes and permissions, Lead Radar keyword settings (webhook addresses removed), profile/Page names, ids and picture links, recent posting history, redacted Lead Radar matches and the user's lead notes to the service so they can be restored; free and Plus upload nothing. Licensing, diagnostics and checkout also involve service requests. Privacy details: https://groupposting.com/privacy/ - Agency-managed browsers: the extension can be connected to a marketing agency that schedules posts for the person using it. Nothing is shared with the agency until that person confirms the connection inside the extension, on a sheet that lists exactly what is shared; a link or a code alone shares nothing with the agency. One call happens before the sheet can be drawn: checking who a code belongs to sends the code and a random installation id to Group Posting's own server, which answers with the agency's name. While connected, these are sent to Group Posting's service and shown to that agency: the Facebook group list (names, links, approximate member counts, which profile or Page each belongs to, and collection titles and membership), the names and Facebook id numbers of the profile and Pages and the picture each one shows on Facebook (sent as a 96 by 96 image re-encoded in the person's own browser; the Facebook web address of that picture never leaves the browser and is never stored), the results of the posts that agency scheduled (group, outcome, reason, time, posting mode and the link to each published post), and general extension health (extension and Chrome version, time zone, clock offset, whether Facebook is signed in, which profile or Page is active, whether posting or a group refresh is running, paused or blocked, whether the fast posting mode is available, which licence covers Pro features, last online). When that agency asks the assistant to rank the groups, group names and approximate member counts are sent to DeepSeek. A list of a person's Facebook groups can reveal sensitive information about them. The service also receives managed-reply OFF commands and stores a verifier of the original browser profile's clearing proof, together with agency/client and Facebook actor scope, OFF state, ordering/replay information and server time. The proof is sent to Group Posting for this control but retained locally outside exports and cloud backups. The authority record contains no browser name, IP address, profile picture, reply text or Lead Radar matches; the agency sees only the aggregate OFF hold. - Connecting to an agency never shares: the Facebook password, cookies or session; private messages (the extension does not read them); the posts, templates, campaigns and schedules the person made themselves, their results, or when they post; the Lead Radar inbox; the person's own licence key; other websites or tabs. It does not start a cloud backup, and a browser covered by an agency's plan leaves the last-post timestamp out of its licence check. An agency can set Lead Radar up for the person — which of their groups it watches, the words it looks for, the words that rule a post out, how often it scans, whether it is running, whether it replies to matching posts under their own account automatically up to a daily limit of at most ten, and how those replies are written: how helpful they sound, how much they sell, how direct they are, and a short note of up to 400 characters the agency adds about the person's business — and that setup replaces their own Lead Radar settings on that browser while the agency manages it; their own settings are saved first and restored when they disconnect. It is configure-only: every match, every person behind one, the notes on them and even the count of them are never sent to Group Posting for the agency and appear on no agency screen and in no database column (the person's own Pro cloud backup, if they have one, is their own copy of their own data, is described in the privacy policy, and no agency can reach it). An agency cannot add a Lead Radar webhook, cannot change notification settings and cannot read reply history. While the agency manages Lead Radar, its groups, keywords, scan interval, daily reply limit and reply preferences are locked. The client can switch automatic replies off or pause them in Lead Radar. Once Group Posting confirms the client's OFF choice, it blocks new managed automatic replies for that Facebook profile or Page across compatible browsers connected to the same agency client. A new agency setup cannot clear it. Only the original browser profile can clear its own OFF choice, with an active connection and an online confirmation. Other browsers' OFF choices remain effective. Clearing a choice does not arm a setup, start replies or remove other holds. The client can ask the agency to change locked settings, or disconnect to restore their saved settings. This control applies to agency-managed automatic replies, not personal Lead Radar or manually drafted replies. An OFF choice saved in that browser takes effect locally; other browsers are not yet protected by that new choice until the service acknowledges it. If that browser's connection credential has expired or been replaced, the client must reconnect in that original browser profile to send its saved choice. An error does not discard the pending choice. Compatible browsers require a fresh shared-state check before preparing and immediately before dispatching a managed automatic reply, and wait if that check is unavailable. A reply already admitted and sent toward Facebook may still finish. The agency can see whether a shared OFF hold exists for the selected profile or Page, but not which browser set it or an offline choice that has not reached the service. A confirmed OFF choice survives disconnect, reconnect, a new agency setup and Also delete. The service retains its minimal authority and replay-prevention records until 90 days after the last active connection to that agency client ends; a later archive or edit does not restart that clock. Clearing requires the original browser profile's local proof, which exports and cloud backups do not contain. If that proof is lost, another browser, the agency and support cannot clear the choice. The automatic replies additionally run only while the person's own AI Studio profile in the extension is switched on with their offer described, and only in a group they have marked Allowed for service or promotional replies under Lead Radar > Automation > Group permissions; an agency can do neither for them. Drafting one reply sends the text of the post being replied to, the name of the group it was found in, the person's own note about that group's rules and whether it allows promotion and links, and their own AI Studio profile and writing voice to DeepSeek, together with the tone and the note the agency chose; the name of the post's author is not sent. Pausing the agency's posting and disconnecting are in the extension's Settings and both work with no internet connection. Routine reporting ends on disconnect, but a saved pending OFF may still be delivered. A revoked credential can deliver OFF for 90 days after that connection was revoked; afterwards the original profile must reconnect. This is separate from the last-active-connection authority clock. Expired-period commands are never replayed as fresh choices: replies stay off locally until a new explicit choice establishes a shared hold. Restoring the original local profile, or ending all connections and waiting for the authority-retention period to expire, are the recovery paths if its clearing proof is lost. Businesses already using relevant Facebook groups to meet potential customers: local services, real estate, agencies, stores, coaches and other small teams. The aim is to reduce repetitive posting work and help them notice useful conversations. - What is the Shared with Group Posting line? Lite in-feed shares end with a credit link to https://groupposting.com/share/. Plus removes it from link shares; shares that copy text and photos still carry it. Pro does not add it. - Can somebody help me set it up? Independent setup partners are listed by country and language at https://groupposting.com/experts/. They set their own service fees; product support remains available from hello@groupposting.com. - Can the AI write in my language? It can draft in your customer’s language using a quick tone (Helpful, Professional or Promotional) or your saved AI Studio voice. Review drafts before publishing. Free access includes five lifetime AI uses; Pro adds the ongoing AI content workflow. - Is there a plan for agencies that manage clients' Facebook group posting? Yes. Agency Starter (up to 10 clients, EUR 199/month or EUR 1,990/year) and Agency Scale (up to 25 clients, EUR 349/month or EUR 3,490/year) give the agency one web dashboard for every client, while each client's own browser publishes under their own Facebook login. Posts only go out while the client's Chrome is open and signed in to Facebook. A: Review your post, select joined groups where it is permitted, then start the run yourself. Keep Chrome open and your computer awake. Check each result; pending approval is not published, and unconfirmed results need inspection before retrying. Q: Does Milo post automatically when I approve drafts? A: Today shows progress, Posts holds drafts and the schedule, and Plan holds strategy and group choices. Approve all approves eligible drafts; it does not schedule or start posting. Schedule the week separately and confirm before it runs. Planning is free; running a Milo plan requires Pro. Lite cannot activate schedules. Groups marked not allowed are excluded; unknown rules require explicit confirmation and are not bypassed by Approve all. Q: What are the current joining limits? A: Search Facebook for groups from Milo on any plan. Plus and Pro can choose groups and send join requests, up to 5 a day per Facebook account, spaced at least 3 minutes apart; Pro adds AI fit ranking, Join for me and recurring find & join. Facebook may require admin approval. Joining never posts for you. Requests may need administrator approval; no tool can guarantee acceptance or prevent restrictions.
