Public customer feedback
Group Posting Pro review: strengths and limitations
This is our review of our own product, not an independent comparison. Useful feedback describes what worked and what needs attention. These excerpts come from the public Chrome Web Store, with names and dates so you can inspect the original reviews.
Checked : the store displayed 4.2 out of 5 from 137 ratings, with 4,000 users. This is a dated snapshot, not a live rating. Check the current store listing. Product instructions below were reviewed on .
“very easy to use and set up”
Reported a straightforward setup and a successful first post.
Read the original review ↗“Fast and intuitive.”
A short review of the everyday experience.
Read the original review ↗“background disappears”
Reported that spintax combined with a Facebook background looked correct in preview but lost its background on publication, including scheduled posts. This is a specific compatibility report, not evidence that every background post fails.

These are selected excerpts, including a critical report. They are not a complete or representative survey, and an older review may describe an earlier extension version. The June feedback also includes users who found the first interface difficult to learn. Start with one useful post and a small group selection, then check the result.
Facebook restrictions, group permissions and administrator approval still apply. A prepared post or accepted submission is not proof that a post became public. No extension can guarantee that every post will publish or stay free of spam flags.
What it does well
- Prepare one post and select joined groups, with a result to inspect for each destination.
- Use a profile or a Page you manage where permitted, including on Lite and Plus.
- Use Milo to prepare drafts and a plan, then review and approve the content before scheduling it.
- Try Lite without a card before deciding whether scheduling or Pro workflows fit your work.
Where it is limited
- Posting and schedules need Chrome open, the computer awake and Facebook signed in. This is not an unattended cloud publisher.
- Facebook permissions, group rules and administrator approval determine what can appear. An unconfirmed result needs inspection before a retry.
- Lead Radar checks every 15–60 minutes; it can miss posts and does not provide instant alerts.
- AI drafts need fact checking. Approve all does not schedule or start a run; groups marked not allowed are excluded, and unknown rules need explicit confirmation.
- Search Facebook for groups from Milo on any plan. Plus and Pro can choose groups and send join requests, up to 5 a day per Facebook account, spaced at least 3 minutes apart; Pro adds AI fit ranking, Join for me and recurring find & join. Facebook may require admin approval. Joining never posts for you.
Group Posting Pro review FAQ
How do I post in multiple Facebook groups?
Write and review a post, choose groups you have joined where that content is permitted, then start the run yourself. Keep Chrome open and your computer awake. Check each result: a submission awaiting administrator approval is not a published post, and an unconfirmed result needs inspection before retrying.
How does Milo help me plan and approve posts?
Milo helps prepare a plan and drafts. Today shows progress, Posts holds drafts and the schedule, and Plan holds strategy and group choices. Review the facts, wording and group rules before approving. Approve all approves eligible drafts; it does not schedule or start posting. Scheduling the week requires a separate action and confirmation. Planning is free; running a Milo plan requires Pro. Lite cannot activate a schedule.
What happens when a group does not allow my post?
Groups marked not allowed are excluded from the plan. Groups with unknown rules require your explicit confirmation before their drafts can be approved. Approve all leaves unresolved rule checks for you to review. Facebook permissions and administrator approval still apply, and no tool can guarantee publication or prevent account restrictions.
