Group Posting is a Chrome extension that helps you post to Facebook groups you belong to. You're responsible for following each group's rules and Facebook's terms. Paid plans are billed securely through LemonSqueezy; consumer paid plans are refundable while their activation keys are unused. Agency plans have a separate 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. The software is provided as-is and is not affiliated with Meta.
1. Who we are
Group Posting ("Group Posting", "we", "us") is operated by Global Charity Solutions Kft., a company registered in Hungary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Group Posting browser extension, the groupposting.com website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account & plans
Group Posting runs inside your own Chrome or Edge browser and works alongside your existing Facebook account. You are responsible for your Facebook account, your login, and everything posted from it.
The free Lite plan is free forever with generous limits. Pro (billed monthly, quarterly or yearly) and the one-time Lifetime licence unlock the full feature set, activated with a licence key tied to your purchase. You may use a licence on the browsers you personally operate; reselling or sharing licence keys is not permitted. See the pricing page for current plans.
(when launched) Done-for-you: a monthly plan for businesses. Our AI researches your business from your website, plans each month and writes your posts and their images; you approve each post before it is scheduled, and posts go out from your own Chrome. AI-written content can contain mistakes, so read each post before you approve it. You are responsible for the posts you approve, for having the right to any photos or other material you give us, and for following each group’s rules and Facebook’s terms. We don’t guarantee results, such as reach, enquiries or bookings, or that every post is published. When you buy, you confirm that you are buying for your business.
Founding Lifetime licences (from 26 November 2026): a one-time payment for Plus or Pro, for 1, 3 or 5 Facebook profiles. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer Group Posting, not for the life of a person or a company. Each Facebook profile is bound to the licence the first time the licence is used with it; the binding is permanent, and a bound profile cannot be moved to another licence. The Pages that profile manages are included. A Pro Founding Lifetime licence includes 2,500 AI requests a month; requests above that wait for the next month. Refunds follow section 5; if we refund a Founding Lifetime purchase, its licence ends and its profiles are freed for a new licence. After a chargeback the licence ends and its profiles stay bound.

Group Posting includes an account-safety layer — humanized pacing, a live protection score, warm-up and adaptive slow-downs — designed to keep your activity natural. These tools reduce risk, but no tool can guarantee that an automated activity will never be flagged or restricted by Facebook. You use the Service at your own discretion and remain responsible for staying within Facebook's limits and each group's rules. We are not liable for any action Facebook or Meta takes against your account.
5. Payments, billing & refunds
Paid plans are sold and processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing and applicable VAT. The consumer extension activates with a licence key issued by LemonSqueezy on purchase — there's no consumer account to create. Agency plans use a separate agency dashboard account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your LemonSqueezy account, or by emailing us at least 24 hours before your renewal date, and keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends.
Consumer-plan refunds follow one clear rule: a consumer paid plan is refundable only while its activation key is unused. Once you activate the key issued by LemonSqueezy, the purchase is non-refundable — so we recommend trying the free Lite plan first to be sure Group Posting is right for you. If you hit a technical problem after activating, email hello@groupposting.com and we'll work with you to resolve it, and may extend your licence as a goodwill gesture. The free plan never requires a card.
Agency plans: Your first agency payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee, once per business. Email hello@groupposting.com within 14 days of that payment. We refund it in full within 14 days of your request, and the plan and its client connections end. The guarantee applies only to the first payment; you can cancel anytime. This agency guarantee applies even after dashboard activation.
Done-for-you (when launched): Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee, once per business. Email hello@groupposting.com within 14 days of that payment. We refund it in full within 14 days of your request; posting then stops and scheduled posts are cancelled. Later months are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime; your current month runs to its end.
6. Licence & intellectual property
The Group Posting software, brand and content are owned by Global Charity Solutions Kft. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. The content you create and post remains yours — we don't claim ownership of your posts, templates or campaigns.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Charity Solutions Kft. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from action taken by Facebook or Meta against your account. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Termination, changes & governing law
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously breached. We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll change the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
